The Tricia Leminger Legacy Fund provides grants for causes that fall outside of our traditional grant process. The Fund was established in honor of Tricia’s memory.

Tricia was a leader in HCPW in recent years. She contributed many things to the organization, but she had a special knack for challenging our group to think outside of our box and question some of our previously held assumptions; this was especially evident when it came to practices and procedures. As a result, we increased our reach among Hendricks County women in professions not traditionally associated with women, such as law enforcement, political positions, and the trades. As co-President, Tricia was also a catalyst for the HCPW Board’s consideration of grant funding awards outside of the traditional process, which was approved in 2023.
